On Fridays, it is seafood galore with its famously popular seafood themed buffet. International high tea is served on Saturday and Champagne Brunch on Sundays.
As you can tell, there is something for every palate throughout the week. Each themed buffet features a wide variety of food ranging from cold dishes to food prepared ala minute at the action stations. For the Spice & Curry themed buffet, you can expect crispy, hot-off-the-pan pratas skillfully made by the Indian chefs. With a choice of mushroom or mutton fillings, this is a sure-win comfort food for any true blue Singaporean. Also worth a try are the piping hot naan that you should eat with curry prepared with your choice of ingredients such as vegetable, chicken, mutton or prawns.
Other highlights you can expect from the buffets are Pan-fried Foie Gras, Seafood Paella, roasts and smooth, creamy risotto. Live Drunken Prawns in XO Chinese Wine are a favourite from the Chinese station.
The undisputed star of the dessert spread is of course Hilton's famous cheesecakes. Whether you choose the New York-style cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake or Oreo cheesecake, they are equally good. There are other desserts to check out as well, such as Orh-ni (yam paste served here with banana and coconut cream), chocolate mousse and mille-feuille, which diners always make a beeline for.
